Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the credit appears.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care when preparing and packing your order. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@youthserum.com as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photograph if possible.

We'll review the situation and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Order cancellation requests must be submitted before an order has shipped. Please contact support@youthserum.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, our standard refund policy applies.
